Magica Honduras

After waiting in Belice Placencia for a week finally the boat to Honduras is here!!!!!!
We sailed from Placencia to Puerto Cortes and after the usual messing with the custom we ready to go and cycle 60 km to San pedro Sula.
The road was good but the city is horrible full of old disel cars that pollute the air and very dangerous for two turists, as we arrive there nearly in the eveing and sure we didnt want to stay here long we seatlle for a beautiful hote( very expensive too) for the next morning direct ourself to La Ceiba.
After arrive in La ceiba we decide to spend some day here and try out rafting super fun and the tour company super friendly we loved it!!!!!
We then moved to Roatan a beautiful island in thje caraibic sea where we end up to stay for a week.
i would sugest every one to try out that island even if a bit more expensive of Utila is a paradise and is possible to swim right to the coral from any part of the beach.
Unfortunatelly we had to leave and return in horrible San Pedro Sula for then take a bus to Tegiucigalpa the capital again another super busy and dangerous city that we really didnt love!!!!
We decide to cross the border again with a bus as it helps and is faster( well we spend 2 hours but i am sure it would have been longer if we were on our bikes).
I was so surprise of Honduras bike lane generally super helpfull people and nice food but i would suggest anyone with any sense to stay away from the big city.
