Anyway we finally reached Jasper National park!!!!it is as beautiful as we expected and wild too so our first grizzly together with montain sheep elk and lots of fat squirrel (really they called ground squirrels)We relax and take in the lanscape and we been lucky with the weather too.
For our anniversary we decide to have a wonderfull meal, but could not unfortunately find a hotel so we settle for our cozy tend.
The Rockies are amazingly high and weather do change unespectly we pass through loads of waterfall wereping stone and glaciers(here we actually slept one nite)brrrrrrrrrrrrr.....
After lake louise, though, our climb paid off.... if you are a cyclist you will understand after a week of climbing up 2100mt finally we reach The TEN MILES HILL(yes 10 miles=16 km)all down hill!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We stopped a Golden for 2 days and then still going down we even experienced TAIL WIND!!!!(mith between cyclist ehehhe)
We Finally after 3 weeks of Canada were ready to cross the border back in USA , IDAHO Were we rode towards our new host Paula Lund and her 3 beautiful childrenand her 5 kittens 2 kat and a dog ohhh and her boyfriend Steve, which made us feel very welcoming.
Ready to Leave Idhaoo behind(as it is very narrow on the north end) we entered Washington heading for the next Host Norman Howard from spookane in a terrible headwind!!!!!
spookane was a really nice experiences first big town in a month and half we loved the commodity that a big town offers!
We left Spookane with our host help and heading towards Portland but a terrible trail and Headwind againg stopped us in Riztville and make us chose another route towards Seattle instead!!!!
We arrived in Seattle and met up with our 6th host Saul a gentle (funny) giant who cooked for us before heading out in town with a friend( we felt very spoilt!!!!!)
We headed for Kent with Saul in the wee morning(me and early morning and cycling no no!!!)arrived in Kent in time for the triathlon on sunday we kind arose alot of attention so that the bike shop (tri and bike) and organiser of the triathlon decide to set us up for a place to stay and put our pic on the web so then after the triathlon every one in town kept asking : "are you the to crazy guy coming from alaska?????"
We felt like celebrity as everyone was getting a pic of us and asking questions!!!!
I guess that is why you touring....feeling some what proud of my self for have the time and courage of be where i am!
As a shirt i so in the triathlone read: it is not a miracle i finish....but a miracle i even  began!!
